SPRAY BOOTHS

Many industries require custom spray booths to suit their specific requirements.

Drysys design and construct a variety of custom spray booths. Each spray booth is individually designed to suit the client’s specific requirements and current Australian standards.

Batch or production spray booths are provided with wet or dry paint overspray filtering (scrubbing); controlled air conditions with full / semi downdraught or cross draught systems, suitable for robotic and manual applications; PLC or relay based electrical controls and to suit different product conveying methods.

All our spray booths are commissioned to ensure they are operating within the design requirements. Commissioning results are documented and issued to the client as part of the operating & maintenance manual.
