SPRAY & BAKE BOOTHS

Drysys design and construct industrial Spray and Bake Booths. Each Booth is individually designed to suit the client’s specific requirements and current Australian standards.

We provide Spray & Bake Booths with wet or dry paint overspray filtering; full, semi or cross draught air supply; complete with PLC or relay based electrical controls. The spray and bake cycle times and temperature settings are fully adjustable.

Unlike other types of spray & bake booths, the biggest advantage is that the layout and equipment arrangement is totally flexible. The equipment can be arranged in any configuration to suit any application and available space, providing the best results for the client. The Spray & Bake Booths can also be tailored to suit the client’s own standards and preferred equipment suppliers.

All our Spray & Bake Booths are approved by the Office of Gas Safety and commissioned to ensure they are operating within the design requirements. Commissioning results are documented and issued to the client as part of the operating & maintenance manual.
