CURING OVENS & COOLERS

Curing of paints and other materials is essential to a quality paint coating. Drysys provides panel or modular built, fully welded curing ovens with a variety of technologies for heat transfer.

All ovens are custom designed according to different paints, products and environmental conditions. Recuperative or regenerative thermal oxidisers, complete with a heat recovery circuit, can be incorporated into the oven design. Also, ovens can be provided to include forced air coolers.

All our curing ovens are approved by the Office of Gas Safety and commissioned to ensure they are operating within the design requirements. Commissioning results are documented and issued to the client as part of the operating & maintenance manual.
